This phase 3 trial demonstrated that tebentafusp significantly improved overall survival compared with investigator’s choice in previously untreated HLA-A*02:01-positive metastatic uveal melanoma. The 5-year survival rate doubled with tebentafusp, with durable benefit across all response categories.
