This secondary analysis of the DAPHNe nonrandomized clinical trial showed excellent long-term outcomes with neoadjuvant THP in patients with early-stage ERBB2-positive breast cancer. Ultrasensitive circulating tumor DNA analyses demonstrated high baseline detection rates and near-universal clearance after abbreviated neoadjuvant therapy.
